Sahara discovery holiday tour Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech
Welcome to Morocco! Upon arrival at the airport, you will be transferred to our hotel. Relax and enjoy the hotel amenities, including the pool, until our pre-departure meeting at 18:00 hrs. Meet your fellow travelers and prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Ouarzazate
After breakfast, we depart for Ouarzazate. Upon arrival, enjoy lunch. Afterwards, choose from optional activities. These activities include a tour of the film studios known for movies like Gladiator, quad biking, or exploring Ouarzazate itself.

Day 3: Sahara Desert
Today, we journey towards the Sahara Desert. En-route, we stop for lunch and, in the summer, You may have time for a swim. Arrive at the majestic Erg Chebbi dunes in Merzouga. Take a camel trek into the desert to witness the breathtaking sunset. Spend the night at an authentic Berber camp, enjoying local food, music, and stargazing.

Day 4: Todra Gorge
Wake up to a beautiful desert sunrise followed by breakfast. Depart the desert, stopping to visit ancient irrigation wells along the way. Arrive at Toudra Gorge, where we’ll have lunch at a hotel nestled amidst palm groves and towering cliffs. Explore the gorge or opt for rock climbing. Visit Tizgui village and a local carpet cooperative to learn about Berber rugs and Moroccan tea-making.

Day 5: Ait Benhaddou
This morning, depart Toudra Gorge for Ait Benhaddou via the scenic route known as the road of a thousand Kasbahs. Stop at Kasbah Amridil en-route. Arrive at Ait Benhaddou for lunch. Take a guided tour of this UNESCO World Heritage site. It is known for its traditional architecture and historic significance.

Day 6: Marrakech
After breakfast, travel back through the High Atlas Mountains to Marrakech. In the afternoon, take a guided tour of Marrakech. Visit Bahia Palace, the Medina, and Koutoubia Mosque. Have some free time to explore the city and buy some last souvenirs.

Day 7: Marrakech
Today, you have the option to start with a sunrise hot air balloon. Explore the Medina, souks… the tours finishes after breakfast. check out from the hotel at 12.00
