Essential Morocco tour – day 1 Marrakech 

At the terminal, keep a lookout for the Adventure Culture Morocco sign. As we pick you up from the airport and take you to our hotel. Gather round in the hotel lobby at 7:00 pm to meet your tour guide and the other tour members. Listen in for a fast and informal meeting with your guide including registration. A short brief about the adventures ahead and some country info. Enjoy a group dinner at the hotel to get to know your travel mates better before you head off. D

Essential Morocco – day 2 Ait Benhaddou – Dades Valley

After breakfast, we set off and driver over the high atlas mountains. We then drive to Ait Ben Haddou to discover the most authentic and well-maintained villages in the Atlas region. This Berber village, well-known for its Kasbah, has been used in many Hollywood films. B / D

Essential Morocco – day 3 Merzouga 

Today, we drive to the Erg Chaabi in Merzouga. The town is famous for its majestic dunes and a true depiction of the desert landscapes Morocco is known for. We have an unforgettable time riding a camel through the dunes. On the way to Merzouga, we make a short stop at the roses valley and a leisurely walk in Todgha Gorges. B / D

Essential Morocco holiday – day 4 Fez 

After breakfast, we drive to the cultural heart of Morocco, Fes. This city is the third-largest in the country and is best known for its labyrinth of souks and leather tanneries – the smell will not be forgotten! B

Essential Morocco holiday – day 5 Fez Elbali 

Today, we set out to discover the amazing city of Fes including Bab Boujloud gate, Bou Inania Medersa, Moulay Idriss Mausoleum, Andalusian, Quaraouiyine Mosque, Najjarine Square, spice markets, Medersa, the surroundings of the Medina and Mellah. We spend another night in Fes and while nightlife is scarce here, cafes stay open late and there’s ample opportunity to enjoy delicious Moroccan cuisine at nice Moroccan restaurant with entertainment… B

Essential Morocco – day 6 Rabat – Casablanca 

We depart for Rabat, the political, administrative, and capital of Morocco. The city is set in a rich, amber-colored landscape, combining ancient history with modern Moroccan culture. After an orientation tour around the Royal Palace, Hassan Tower, Mohamed V Mausoleum and the Oudayas Gardens, we depart for the lively city of Casablanca. B

Essential Morocco – day 7 Marrakech 

After breakfast, we visit the impressive Mosque of Hassan II. Then, in an insightful morning, we depart for Marrakech. This fascinating city is the point where the Arab culture of the cities meets the Berber culture of the mountain villages. It is where historically, the sub-Saharan traders (carrying gold, salt, and slaves) would trade their wares to the merchants who would then bring them to Europe. Today, we visit Koutoubia Mosque, Bahia Palace, and Djemaa el-Fna Square – a chaotic area packed with storytellers, snake charmers, acrobats, musicians, and folk dancers. B

Our Essential Morocco holiday tour will end after check-out (11:00 am) say goodbye to our new friends over breakfast, and we bid you safe travels. B

Note: Essential Morocco holiday tour, we do take both private and group tours. Once you contact us, do please let us know if you prefer a private trip or to join a group. All prices are based on double, twin or triple share occupancy. Solo passengers not wishing to pay a single supplement will be accommodated in a twin or triple room according to availability with a passenger(s) of the same gender. Single supplement needs only be paid if the passenger does not want to share and requests their own room. The supplement must be paid in addition to the tour fee. Discounts can only be applied at the time of booking and cannot be added at a later date, regardless of any changes made to the original booking.
